# Trading Guide

> How to trade Melt Assets using Simple and Pro views

## Simple View

The default trading interface — optimized for quick swaps.

1. Select the token you want to spend (top input)
2. Select the Melt Asset you want to receive (bottom input)
3. Enter the amount
4. Review the quote (exchange rate, fees, slippage)
5. Click **Swap** and confirm in your wallet

## Pro View

The full trading terminal for advanced users.

### Components

* **Chart panel** — candlestick charts with multiple timeframes
* **Order book** — real-time bid/ask depth
* **Recent trades** — latest executed trades
* **Order form** — market and limit order configuration
* **Bottom panel** — positions, open orders, trade history, and bridge history

### Placing a Limit Order

1. Switch to **Pro View** using the toggle
2. Select the trading pair
3. Choose **Limit** order type
4. Set your price and amount
5. Click **Buy** or **Sell**
6. Monitor your order in the bottom panel

## Market vs Limit Orders
